Online Dubai Bicycle Order & Delivery Policy
Placing an order can be done from the our online store Online Dubai Bicycle. Should you place the order from the site, you have to be sure that personal data is correct and updated. We suggest customers to proof-read the order form several times before validating the order. We are neither responsible for sending e-mails to the wrong e-mail address nor for sending parcels to the wrong delivery address if the form is incorrectly filled-out.

- We deliver our products within UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.
- Delivery of AED 20 will be charged for purchases below 250 AED
- In case no stock we would refund the money & have full right to cancel the order
Order Processing Time
You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 48-72 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. We do not guarantee same day-shipping. Orders are also not processed on weekends and holidays.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item without prior notice to you. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Delivery of the Order / Timings
Orders are Delivered within 3 Working Days from the Order Date (Friday, Saturday & Public Holidays are not accountable).
Orders will be Delivered in the Company’s Standard Working Hours 10 am to 8 Pm Sunday to Thursday. In case of Non Availability of the Customer or Payment upon Delivery, then the Order is rescheduled for Delivery within next 3 Working Days, extra Shipping Charges will be applicable.
Once the Order delivered to customer, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify all the details of the Order & the Products.
Customers cannot cancel an order from the website. They can cancel their order via phone or chat only. Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours or before dispatches; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Depending on the Bank & Card Used the refund process can take from 15 days to 45 days.
